Overview of Resource Hacker
This program has been designed to be the complete resource editing tool: compiling, viewing, decompiling, and recompiling resources for both 32-bit and 64-bit Windows executables.
It can open any Windows executable (.exe; *.dll; *.scr; *.mui, etc.) to add, modify, or delete individual resources within these files. It can also create and compile resource script files (.rc) and edit resource files (*.res).
