WinDirStat 2.5.0
File Size : 4.6 Mb

WinDirStat Overview
Also known as WDS, it is a Windows disk usage statistics viewer and cleanup tool. It shows disk, file, and directory sizes in a tree list and graphically in a treemap, much like KDirStat or SequoiaView.
This Windows Directory Statistics program is entirely free; it shouldn’t be, given how great it is, but it is. To make it work its magic, you just download a single file-that’s it. Though we wish there were a portable version of WinDirStat, the installation process doesn’t take long (and barely any space). When you close out of the installation routine, WinDirStat loads by default.
On start-up, it reads the whole directory tree once and then presents it in three useful views:

Features of WinDirStat

The directory list, which resembles the tree view of Windows Explorer but is sorted by file/subtree size,
The treemap, which shows the whole contents of the directory tree straight away,
The extension list is a legend and shows statistics about the file types.
