Unfortunately, it does not come with any form of local help documentation. Therefore, if you encounter any difficulty while operating this utility, relying on a help manual is not an available option.
Helps you generate, fill and print 1095B and 1095C forms
ez1095 allows you to create Affordable Care Act (ACA) 1095 forms, fill the required information and print them, so you can hand them to your employees. Additionally, you can add multiple company profiles, if needed, so that you can switch between them easily, without having to discard old data.
After you choose the preferred company profile, you can generate 1094-B, 1095-B, 1094-C and 1095-C forms by selecting the appropriate option from the Current Company tab.

Features backup support and allows you to import forms
Aside from the features described above, this application also provides you with backup support for company profiles, so that you can safely save sensitive information on your computer and restore it if needed. Furthermore, you can import form data from TXT, CSV or TAB files from your computer.
