Każda asana została opisana oraz zilustrowana. Dodatkowo można znaleźć informacje o poziomie trudności pozycji, wysokości zawieszenia i sposobie złożenia hamaka, głównych korzyściach i przeciwwskazaniach danej praktyki.

Monika Łazuk – kulturoznawczyni, pedagożka i nauczycielka jogi, założycielka OMG yoga. Po wielu latach przygody z tańcem współczesnym i teatrem odnalazła jogę, jako najbardziej zrównoważoną praktykę psychofizyczną. W 2013 r. ukończyła studia podyplomowe z Relaksacji i jogi na Akademii Wychowania Fizycznego w Warszawie, a w kwietniu 2015 r. odbyła miesięczny kurs nauczycielski w Indiach, Goa (RYT 200). Zafascynowana pracą z grawitacją, zdobyła certyfikat instruktora w AerialYoga-Berlin oraz uczestniczyła w wielu kursach i warsztatach aerial jogi i acro jogi u polskich i zagranicznych fascynatów tych technik.
